Conflict Minerals Policy

DeTech has adopted the following policy regarding the responsible sourcing of Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten and Gold (3TG) minerals, which are conflict minerals, within the scope of its commitment to maintain ethical, labor and environmental standards in accordance with its “social compliance” policy;

As DeTech;

We undertake that we will refrain from any action that will directly or indirectly contribute to the financing of the conflict, that we will comply with the United Nations sanctions decisions and the local laws that implement these decisions, and that we will support our suppliers and business partners to comply with these issues.

In this context, as DeTech, our expectations from the suppliers we cooperate with are;

Our suppliers, U.S. We expect them to comply with requirements for the responsible extraction of minerals located in conflict-affected and high-risk areas under Section 1502 of the Dodd Frank Act and Regulations EU 2017/821.

Additionally, our suppliers do not source conflict minerals directly from mines and smelters located in conflict-affected and high-risk areas (CAHRA).

To create a responsible supply chain for our suppliers from mine to final product.

and comply with the “OECD Compliance Guide for the Responsible Supply Chain of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas” to conduct due diligence.

Even though our suppliers are not the main manufacturers, we request them to choose suppliers that comply with these criteria when selecting top suppliers.
